Using Focalisfy
By accessing or using the Focalisfy platform, you agree to these terms. Focalisfy provides connected tools for websites, catalogs, customer conversations, AI assistance, appointments, orders, and payment operations.
Your permission to use the service is limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable, for legitimate business operations. Access to particular modules and features depends on the selected offer, active admissions, and required configuration.

Acceptable use
Use the platform lawfully and respect the rights of customers, teammates, and connected-service providers. Do not distribute unauthorized content or spam, conduct fraudulent transactions, attempt unauthorized extraction or reverse engineering, or bypass security and rate limits.
Keep your account access secure and give team members appropriate permissions. Your business is responsible for the content it publishes, its customer communications, and the instructions it configures for its assistants.
03Terms of Service
Plans, billing, and price changes
Subscription fees are charged in advance according to the offer and billing period selected at purchase. Focalisfy offers monthly platform subscriptions. Current tiers, allowances, wallet activity, and subscription controls are available in Account billing.
Focalisfy may adjust its prices or charging model. Price adjustments are communicated at least 30 days in advance so you can review your subscription before the new billing cycle.
Renewal, cancellation, and payment status follow the selected offer and the controls shown in Account billing. Cancelling a platform subscription applies at the end of its current period. Submitted payment evidence is subject to authorized review before the payment is accepted.
04Terms of Service
Your customers and connected workflows
Your business sets its own catalog, fulfillment options, payment methods, and customer-facing rules within the platform's supported controls. Platform subscriptions and your own customers' purchases are separate transactions.
AI assistance uses configured capabilities and approved tools. Customers confirm relevant commerce actions, authorized staff review payment evidence in Flow, and Link manages appointment availability and state. You remain responsible for reviewing business decisions and responding when human assistance is needed.

Service availability and responsibility
Focalisfy is provided as available. Features can depend on active plans, configuration, and external-provider availability or rules. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue aspects of the service to maintain or improve the ecosystem.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Focalisfy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. These terms do not remove rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and questions
We may update these terms and the related privacy or cookie policies as the service evolves. Significant updates will be communicated through the platform or email. Continued use after an update takes effect is subject to the updated terms.
